Your use of the Site does not grant you any ownership interest in Site content or any BabyBots intellectual property.

3. Consulting Services

Any consulting, automation, or AI services provided by BabyBots are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work executed between BabyBots and the client. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement and do not create any obligation on BabyBots to provide services. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

4. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BabyBots disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BabyBots does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Content published on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

5. Limitation of Liability
