This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct expected of all visitors to babybots.ai and all parties engaged in services provided by BabyBots LLC ("BabyBots," "we," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Site and our services.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Site and our services for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Researching BabyBots consulting services and capabilities
- Submitting genuine inquiries or requests for proposals
- Accessing published content, case studies, and thought leadership for informational purposes
- Communicating with BabyBots personnel in connection with a current or prospective engagement
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using the Site or interacting with BabyBots:
Illegal and Harmful Activity
- Using the Site or services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
- Facilitating or promoting discrimination, harassment, or harm to any individual or group
Technical Interference
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected system
- Introducing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code to the Site or its infrastructure
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security features of the Site
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from the Site without written authorization
- Performing denial-of-service attacks or otherwise attempting to degrade Site performance
Misuse of Communications
- Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information through contact forms or communications
- Impersonating BabyBots, a BabyBots employee, or any third party in communications
- Using contact mechanisms to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
Intellectual Property Violations
- Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from BabyBots content without authorization
- Using BabyBots trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written permission
- Framing or mirroring any portion of the Site without prior consent
3. Client Engagement Standards
Clients engaged in active service agreements with BabyBots are additionally expected to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for BabyBots to perform scoped services
- Refrain from requesting that BabyBots personnel perform work outside the agreed scope in a manner designed to circumvent contractual protections
- Treat BabyBots personnel with professional respect and maintain a harassment-free working environment
- Not direct BabyBots personnel to engage in activities that violate applicable law or this AUP
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of conduct that violates this AUP, or if you believe the Site has been compromised or is being misused, please report it promptly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in accordance with our internal security procedures.
5. Consequences of Violations
Violation of this AUP may result in, at BabyBots sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension of access to the Site
- Termination of an active service engagement, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement
- Referral to law enforcement or other relevant authorities
- Legal action to recover damages or seek injunctive relief
BabyBots reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to conduct that violates this AUP or that we believe is harmful to our business, personnel, clients, or the integrity of our systems.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
