Our Approach

Needs Analysis and Program Design
Before a single slide was written, the delivery schedule was built around the organization's actual automation gaps, not a generic training template. Stakeholder sessions mapped maturity levels and skill gaps across teams to define what the program actually needed to teach.
Custom Curriculum Development
Every training material was built from scratch against the client's own UiPath use cases. No repurposed content, no generic exercises. Participants worked with examples drawn directly from the environment they would be building in after the program ended.
Instructor-Led Training Delivery
Ten structured virtual sessions delivered UiPath fundamentals and practical application in deliberate sequence. Sessions were paced to meet the team where they started, with each session building on the last rather than following a fixed generic curriculum.
Hands-On Development Workshops
Five workshops put participants in the build environment, working through real automation scenarios drawn from the client's operations. Facilitators provided support throughout each session so learning happened in context, not in a vacuum.
Outcomes Reporting and Stakeholder Handoff
