Our Approach

Inbound RFQ Intake and Processing
Every request entered the system with full context rather than arriving as a raw email attachment. Structured intake forms captured part numbers, revisions, and specifications, with file linking and ERP cross-referencing built in from the first touchpoint.
ERP Lookup and Historical Context
Sales teams gained immediate pricing and volume history without switching systems. Auto-lookup against the client's ERP surfaced historical context directly within the quoting workflow, removing the manual research step that had been slowing every quote.
Task Management and Supplier RFQ
Work routed to the right team automatically based on RFQ type. Task assignment features covered sales, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions, with the outbound supplier interface allowing teams to issue and track external requests without leaving the application.
CPQ Pricing and Cost Management
Pricing decisions that had lived in individual spreadsheets became governed, auditable, and consistent. The CPQ module handled markup, cost adjustments, freight, and tariff additions with granular cost components that any team member could apply without a senior sign-off for every calculation.
