No changes were made to the production environment until the full inventory was complete. All active Power Apps and Power Automate workflows were reviewed, dependencies assessed, and migration risks documented before anything moved.
Target Environment Configuration
The new environment was built to governance standards the old one lacked. User permissions, access controls, data connections, and security settings were configured from the ground up aligned to the client's organizational structure.
Workflow and Application Migration
Operational logic was preserved and connection dependencies were rebuilt correctly on the other side. Every workflow and application migrated with its full context intact, not just transferred and left to be repaired post-migration.
