Discovery and Workflow Architecture
No workflow was built until the full scope was mapped. Sessions with the operations team established what the system needed to govern before architecture decisions were made, ensuring every subsequent phase connected to a coherent whole rather than a collection of isolated automations.
Broker Onboarding and Pre-Qualification
Every onboarding touchpoint that had lived in email threads and spreadsheets became a governed, trackable process. The workflow suite covered opportunity intake, scope questionnaires, risk assessment, and pre-qualification review from end to end.
Due Diligence and Audit Infrastructure
Nothing lived in an inbox or a personal drive after this phase. The full audit lifecycle, from pre-audit planning through final reporting, was built into a unified repository with scheduled workflows managing every stage automatically.
Exception and Change Management
Every override, modification, and edge case now has a defined path, a record, and an owner. Exception request and change log workflows replaced the email chains that had previously been the only record of decisions made outside standard process.
Training, Documentation, and Handover
The firm's team left the engagement able to operate and maintain the system without external support. Live training and user documentation were delivered throughout the build, not handed over at the end as an afterthought.
