Established baseline understanding of Copilot capabilities and governance. Conducted use case discovery workshops, identified 3–5 priority use cases, delivered foundational training, and activated priority Copilot pilots with a prompt library and metrics dashboard.
Phase 2

CS17-P2: Adoption Metrics & Power Platform Setup

Collected usage telemetry, conducted user sentiment surveys, and developed a Power BI adoption dashboard. Locked the pilot use case, configured Dataverse environment and security model, and delivered model-driven app fundamentals training.
Phase 3
