Ad-Hoc Invoice Deletion Bot
File cleanup that had required manual steps now triggers automatically when needed. The ad-hoc deletion bot fires when a user drops a reference file into a monitored folder, reads it, identifies the target invoices, and executes the deletion without navigation or human input.
Scheduled Invoice Deletion Bot
Scheduled cleanup runs without anyone initiating it. The scheduled deletion bot operates on a defined cadence, identifying and removing outdated invoice files based on configured criteria automatically, removing the task from anyone's to-do list.
Process Documentation
The team can operate, modify, and maintain both bots without external help. Process schematics and documentation cover trigger logic, configuration parameters, and workflow structure so the automation is transparent rather than a black box.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
The team left the engagement knowing how to run the bots, not just that the bots run. A walkthrough session covered operation, monitoring, and common troubleshooting scenarios for both automations before the engagement closed.
