A distributed operation relied on staff to review procurement and inventory reports, spot shortages and anomalies, decide what to do, contact stakeholders, and track resolution across email and spreadsheets. BabyBots built an exception-management platform that consolidates ERP and inventory data, identifies issues automatically against defined business rules, prioritizes them, assigns actions to the responsible teams, triggers approvals and notifications, and shows outstanding risks and resolution status on management dashboards. The team shifted from hunting for problems to managing a prioritized queue of them.
