BBP Automation: AR, Inventory, and Loan Ledger
Accounts receivable, inventory, and loan ledger data connected to a centralized staging layer that fed both report outputs and Power BI dashboards automatically. Manual extraction from five separate systems was replaced by a single governed pipeline.
BBC Automation: Ineligibles and Compliance Logic
Ineligibility calculations were executed by the system, not reconstructed by a person each week. All lender-defined exclusion rules were applied programmatically to staged data, generating compliant Borrowing Base Certificate outputs without manual spreadsheet work.
Power BI Dashboards and Validation
The finance team could review and confirm outputs before submission without re-pulling source data. Power BI dashboards provided real-time visibility into the borrowing base position with a validation view built specifically for the pre-submission review step.
