Database Orchestration and ERP Integration
Real-time synchronization between field activity and back-office systems was the architecture goal from the start. The data layer connected on-premise ERP to cloud-hosted Dataverse via on-premises data gateway, eliminating the manual transfer steps that had been creating lag.
Offline-Capable Field Services Application
Field technicians gained a tool that worked in the field, not just at a desk. The mobile Power App covered work orders, parts and labor tracking, service history, and photo documentation, and was designed to operate in offline mode where connectivity was unreliable.
Admin Application and Billing Workflows
Billing status became visible in real time without system switching. The back-office admin application connected field activity directly to the billing and approval process, giving operations staff immediate access to data that had previously required manual report requests.
Fleet Management and Inventory Tool
Asset assignment, parts usage, purchase orders, and preventive maintenance scheduling were unified in a single tool. Fleet management and inventory tracking replaced the disconnected processes that had made field operations difficult to oversee from the back office.
Finance Dashboards and Power BI Reporting
Leadership gained the real-time view across the business that manual reporting had never been able to provide. Power BI dashboards covering financial performance, billing status, fleet utilization, and operational KPIs surfaced the data needed to make decisions the same day it was generated.
