Requirements Gathering and Environment Setup

Two weeks required a clean start. All credentials were validated and Office 365 access confirmed before development began, establishing the technical foundation and eliminating the risk of environment surprises mid-build.

Process Design and Schematic

The client could review the full workflow before anything was built. The content approval process was mapped from submission through final sign-off, decision points and stakeholder roles identified, and a schematic produced for approval before development started.

Proof of Concept Development

Manual coordination was removed from the approval process entirely. The automated workflow connected submission, routing, approval, and notification into a single governed flow that required no human hand-off to move a request forward.

QA and Testing

Nothing reached the client's team until it had been proven to work. End-to-end testing covered standard approval paths and edge cases, and all issues identified were resolved before handover.

Documentation and Handover

The client received everything needed to make a confident production decision. Documentation covered workflow design, configuration details, and recommendations for a full-scale build so the team could evaluate next steps without requesting additional consulting time.
