Desktop Bot Rebuild
The desktop bot became a team tool rather than a specialist dependency. The rebuild delivered a significantly faster runtime and an interface that operations staff could trigger and manage without IT involvement.
Cloud Bot Compatibility Update
Reliable automated execution was restored without touching the existing store setup. The cloud bot was updated to align with the new integrated store configuration, ensuring continuity rather than disruption.
Inventory Upload Automation
The manual upload steps that had crept back into the weekly routine were removed. The reworked inventory process accepted incoming CSV files, preserved existing tags, and processed cleanly against the integrated store structure.
Validation and Operational Handover
Nothing went live until it was proven. All three automations ran through complete test cycles covering tag preservation, row accuracy, and runtime performance before the team received the keys and operational documentation.
