Manual folder setup that preceded every engagement was eliminated from the process entirely. Standardized server folder structures with defined naming conventions now create automatically when an intake form is submitted, with no manual steps required.
Caseware Cloud Integration
Caseware Cloud profile creation and template configuration became automatic rather than manual. Integration connected intake form data directly to Caseware provisioning, so audit template files were generated and populated from submission without human intervention.
Form Integration and Workflow Triggers
A single form submission now triggers the entire onboarding sequence. Form integration connected submission data to folder creation, Caseware provisioning, database validation, and cloud profile management in a single governed chain, removing the coordination steps between each.
SQL Database Integration
Duplicate entries and metadata inconsistencies were prevented at intake rather than corrected later. SQL database integration validated client codes and engagement metadata against existing records before any downstream actions were triggered.
Hybrid Cloud and Desktop Architecture
The automation was designed for the firm's actual environment, not the easier version of it. The architecture operates across both cloud and desktop, supporting the hybrid workflow the firm runs and ensuring the system stays functional regardless of which environment a given step requires.
