Our Approach

Database Assessment and Migration Planning
No change was made to the production environment until the full picture was understood. A comprehensive review covered schema, data types, relationships, forms, queries, and volume, with all dependencies and migration risks documented before a single table moved.
Schema Conversion and Data Migration
The data migrated cleanly with no loss of records or referential structure. All tables, fields, and data types were converted into a normalized SQL Server schema following indexing and naming best practices, not just transferred as-is.
Relationship Rebuild and Query Conversion
Relational integrity was fully restored, not approximated. Primary keys, foreign key constraints, and indexes were re-established in SQL Server, and application queries were converted to operate correctly against the new schema before any validation began.
Testing and User Acceptance
The team signed off before cutover, not after. Row comparisons, sample record checks, and user acceptance testing with client stakeholders confirmed data accuracy, application behavior, and operational readiness on the new platform.
Post-Migration Support and Documentation
The client left with a documented environment they could administer independently. Transition support covered troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations alongside comprehensive documentation of the new infrastructure.
