Babybots LLC is an automation service startup that constructs, deploys, and maintains automated bots across companies of all sizes. 

We are seeking a full time Power Automate developer to assist in development of software products, I.E "Bots", within an agile environment. Development would be done using the code platform Power Automate.

Haven't used it before? Not a problem - As long as you have existing programming knowledge, it's a pretty fast pickup! We'll happily train you.

This position will combine aspects of a traditional developer with a client facing interactions, as there will be occasions in which you'll have to meet with client(s) to ask questions about a bot you're building/better understand processes.

Responsibilities would include:

Development of automated software, I.E "Bots", utilizing power automate;

Ensure consistency in process and documentation of bots developed;

Implement bots remotely within clients environment/On Premise (Not likely at the moment, but possibly in the future).

Support usage and analysis of new automation tools;

Perform troubleshooting as required;

You aren't disqualified, but the following would help!

- Currently studying Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience

- Software development experience (Python would be great, if it's another language that's fine though).

- You're an analytical thinker & very process oriented

- Knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance

- Knowledge with automation system/application tools and implementation

- Strong understanding of Information Management

- Open, honest, collaborative and clear intra-team communication skills

- Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation- can solve business problems without explicit direction

- Demonstrated technical leadership and direction

- Ability to analyze features to deliver solutions that meet business needs

- Ability to follow policy requirements related to documentation and other processes

- Strong attention to detail
