Who we are

Babybots LLC is an automation service startup that constructs, deploys, and maintains automated bots across companies of all sizes. Our goal is to reduce time spent on necessary but extremely daunting tasks through use of automated tools we craft specifically for our clients.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a full time Automation Maven to assist in the assessment, development, and implementation of automated software, I.E "Bots", within an agile environment. Development would be done using platforms such Power Automate, as well as custom python programming.

New to Power Automate? Not a problem - As long as you have existing programming knowledge, it's a pretty fast pickup! We'll happily train you.

This position will combine aspects of a traditional developer with client facing interactions, as you'll be the point of contact for a number of accounts.

Responsibilities would include:

• Development of automated software utilizing power automate/python
• Ensure consistency in process and documentation of bots developed
• Implement bots remotely within clients environment/On Premise (Not likely at the moment, but possibly in the future)
• Support Clients in assessment of new automation opportunities
• Train Clients on bot development (Power automate only)
• Daily/Weekly meets with client throughout build to ensure smooth build
• Perform troubleshooting as required

You aren't disqualified, but the following would help!

• Currently studying Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Software development experience (Python would be great).
• You're an analytical thinker & very process oriented
• Knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance
• Knowledge with automation system/application tools and implementation
• Strong understanding of Information Management
• Open, honest, collaborative and clear intra-team communication skills
• Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation- can solve business problems without explicit direction
• Demonstrated technical leadership and direction
• Ability to analyze features to deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Ability to follow policy requirements related to documentation and other processes
• Strong attention to detail
